A Thousand Winds: a poem in a book "Chicken Soup for the Soul" set to music

At my wife's funeral the moderator read this poem translated into Japanese. It has remained on my mind.
I knew this poem is introduced in a book, "Chicken Soup for the Soul". The author is unknown.

 PLEASE
Be careful of the volume. A headphone or an earphone is recommended.

A Thousand Winds

Words:Unknown
Music:Tsutomu Yonejima

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I’m the diamond glint on snow
I’m the sunlight on ripened grain
I’m the autumn rain
When you awake in the morning hush,
I’m the swift uplifting rush
Of birds circling in flight
I’m the stars that shine at night
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep
